If you've been waiting all year to buy a new laptop, your patience has paid off. The holiday shopping season is here, and that means some of the best savings on top-rated models.

Amazon has it on sale for just $749 ahead of Black Friday, or $250 off its $999 MSRP. That's a 25% savings and a new record-low, matching the cheapest price the 8GB version saw. (The same deal was live at Best Buy for the paid tiers of its membership program on Thursday, Nov. 14; it'll be open to everyone there on Friday, Nov. 15.)

The official Dell site has launched a comprehensive early Black Friday sale this week, including massive discounts of up to $900 off on everything from super cheap laptops to high-end gaming PCs. If you're on the hunt for deals well ahead of Black Friday, then Dell's sale offers some of the lowest prices I've seen all year.
