LOUISVILLE, Ky. ( FOX 56) — Investigators report that a cooking vessel failure caused the deadly explosion at Givaudan Sense Colour. The FOX affiliate in Louisville, WDRB, said the blast occurred around 3 p.m. on Nov. 12. Residents were urged to shelter in place and reported shattered windows in the nearby Clifton neighborhood.
