Longboat key residents return home for the first time since Helene
A baby was found dead at a restaurant in Lower Manhattan on Monday, police said. The baby was found just before 10 a.m. at Sophie's Cuban Cuisine, located on Fulton Street near Gold Street in the Financial District, according to the NYPD. A cold front passes on Wednesday, but it does not look to offer much in terms of precipitation.
