On Nov. 18, MicroStrategy ( NASDAQ: MSTR) sold almost 13.6M shares for net proceeds of $4.6B under its previously announced sales agreement. As of Nov. 17, ~$15.3B of shares remain for issuance and sales under the agreement.

MicroStrategy started its Bitcoin investment strategy in 2020 to position it as a hedge asset against inflation and diversify treasury. First the bought the crypto currency at $49,874 per Bitcoin and keep averaging up to $88,627 per Bitcoin.

Shares of the bitcoin holder are up 11.2% Tuesday to $427.96, continuing its rally with the stock nearly doubling since the Nov. 5 election.
