The Dallas Wings secured the No. 1 pick in the WNBA Draft lottery Sunday, where UConn superstar Paige Bueckers is projected to go in 2025.

The Los Angeles Sparks, who had the top chance at 44 percent to get the top choice, will pick second, followed by Chicago and Washington.

Paige Bueckers can start envisioning WNBA hoops in Texas after the conclusion of her career at UConn. That future is almost a certainty after the ping pong balls worked in the Dallas Wings’ favor in the 2024 WNBA draft lottery.
