A 23-year-old UAW member on strike in Jackson was killed when a driver lost control of his truck and hit people picketing, a union leader said.

Seth Webb, 23, died when a Ford F-250 crashed into the picket line at Eaton Aerospace at about 11:20 p.m. Sept. 28, at the corner of E. Michigan and S. East avenues, Jackson Director of Police and Fire Services Elmer Hitt said.
