Aston Martin has introduced the DB12 “Goldfinger Edition,” a new release commemorating 60 years of partnership with the James Bond franchise. Inspired by the brand’s cinematic debut in the 1964 film Goldfinger, the DB12 Goldfinger Edition is aptly limited to just 60 units.

Aston Martin is offering a very special tribute car, one that will drop the jaws of 007 fans, in celebration of the popular James Bond movies that first launched with Goldfinger in 1964, 60 years ago.

Officially known as the Aston Martin D12 Goldfinger Edition, the anniversary model will be built by Q, Aston Martin's ultra-luxury bespoke service, with a limited production run of 60 units. Based on the 2023-released DB12,

Aston Martin has not revealed a price for the DB12 Goldfinger Edition and, regrettably, there are no guns, rockets or rotating number plates. Nor is there a bullet-proof shield or even an ejector seat. Consider us shaken, but hardly stirred.

The center console buttons and switches on the DB12 Goldfinger are plated with 18k gold, with gold strands woven into the carbon trim elements. The gear selector has been subtly restyled to resemble the hero car's tracking device.

Aston Martin is celebrating the 60 th anniversary of Goldfinger with a new special edition based on the DB12. The model features 18k gold accents as well as a Silver Birch exterior and multi-spoke wheels that pay homage to the DB5 used in the film.
