Lovely day, wandering the streets, enjoying the sights, sitting at restaurants and bars. Beautiful harbour area, 2 forts, nice green open spaces, lots of old buildings. Very enjoyable day. Full review by cliff_taylor2

We booked a taxi for 5.15 am to get us to the ferry in Corfu by 6 am with Transferro company. At 3am they sent us an email saying they couldn't make it. Not happy Jan. Full review by Anne Moya G
We are middle aged couple who are reasonably fit.Looking for hotel not too expensive,not necessarily in Corfu town,as long as we can walk into town each day,obviously if that is feasible,and what are their buses like?? Thankyou

I stayed at the Hotel Atlantis which is by the port so good if you want to take trips to the islands or even to Saranda, Albania. Its 15 minutes from the airport and in the old town. Its a modest hotel, but with air con and rooms en suite and breakfast. I travelled in January so everything was closed but there are regular buses to get you about.
