PS. You inquired of the Quai de la Tournelle; it's a river-side street facing both the lower side of the the Ile de la Cite and across from the Ile Saint Louis. It's mostly residential with some restaurants, notably La Tour d'Argent, 15 Quai de la Tournelle, 75005 {the oldest restaurant in Paris and known for their duck dishes and remarkable wine-cellar}. If La Tour d' Argent is within your budget - whether for lunch or dinner, the window seats have wonderful views of Notre Dame [particularly impressive at night]. Bon chance.
