Definitely Pas. It is by far and away the most 'active' of the Grandvalira resorts. Just come back from a week skiing with a great guide/instructor named Christobel. He is from Chile and his English is good though not perfect. He's young so would probably interact well with teenagers as well as adults, or old boys like me. Highly recommend him.
