Does anybody know of a place to get a good deal on the foam already cut to spec. I could contact pelican but thought I would try to look around. Thanks for the help.

WEBNov 29, 2018 · I currently use a heavy duty Pelican case (1750?) for extended travel with a scoped M14. That case and the foam are a bit expensive but so are the case contents. This specific rifle is in an Archangel stock and has a Vortex Viper PST 4-24 x 50 scope installed on a Bula M21 receiver. There is room for the rifle, scope, and a couple of mags. Nelson

WEBJun 30, 2017 · I am more than satisfied with the results. My goal was to create something that would plug up that hole, while making it virtually un-noticeable and retaining the USGI character. By using a clear epoxy, the outline of the cut-out remains, and can be seen, primarily because the inside of the stock with receiver is in place is dark.
