WEBAug 21, 2024 · Very bizzarre choices, specially considering it's a PS5 console exclusive. 45fps is specially bonkers; that will judder no matter what refresh rate your display has, and it's below the 48fps range for PS5 VRR. Capping the 'Balance' mode at 40fps and outputting a game in a 120Hz container seems like the easiest fix.

WEBNov 13, 2020 · Step 1: Grab a USB drive, make a folder at the root called "Music". Step 2: Throw a bunch of MP3s in, plug the drive into the PS5. FLAC and AAC are also supported. Step 3: Head to the control center where Music is, and you'll see the music right there. There seems to be no local home network media streaming yet.

WEBAug 20, 2024 · To give credit where it's due the loading times are great and it's a quiet console. I think the software and hardware have let each other down. It really just isn't powerful enough. Performance & Graphics modes make sense as an idea, but it isn't great when either element is falling back to last-gen performance.

Which is why it was funny/confusing that it was a complete no-show at The Transmission. I think many of us assumed it was the one true guarantee and then… nothing. Oof.

WEBJul 7, 2024 · The character rendering in TCP has only been challenged by Hellblade 2 imo. I have to give it to the art team for this game a well. It stinks that going for a "realistic" art style tends to make people gloss over the legitimately incredible art design that makes the spaces believable and immersive.
